Testimonials

"Thank you for such a beautifully put together session. I found the brain wave states part and the throat–womb connection very enlightening and would love to look more into those things."

-RYYSHA

"I signed up and sat in the masterclass and I just want to say thank you and that I'm so proud of you! It takes courage to bring back information that has been lost or hidden. The information you gave was so valuable and different than other birth education I receiv because I never looked at birth from an Ayurvedic perspective. I pray that you continue to keep going and spreading your wealth of knowledge and services. Thank you again.”"

-TP

"Amazing — I've learnt a lot. My perspective about birth is widened. I'm honoured to have you teach us all."

-VANESSA

"Thank you for putting this out there. Much needed information and I have honestly been struggling about my birth plan and finally decided to go to India for a holistic natural birth center. It’s sad I didn’t have the option in Maldives. I hope this changes in the future."

ABOUT HADHEE JAH

Mothers of Maldives is an independent initiative founded by Hadhee Jah, devoted to reclaiming and preserving the ancestral birth and postpartum traditions of the Maldives.

Created as the first Maldivian-led platform for birth education, it bridges ancient island midwifery, Ayurvedic postpartum care, and modern holistic knowledge to support women through pregnancy, birth, and the sacred forty-two-day healing window.

Through education, storytelling, and community projects, Mothers of Maldives works to ensure that every woman—whether birthing in hospital, at home, or abroad—has access to wisdom that honours her body, her lineage, and her baby.

More than a project, it is a movement to remember: reviving the voices of traditional birthkeepers, documenting indigenous practices, and guiding a new generation of mothers to birth consciously and live nourished.
